On November 25th, 2016, n the morning, CII E&C took place Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2016

After the meeting, shareholders came to an agreement in important points in coming running time: apply to list on HOSE in 2017; issue stock ESOP to staffs and managers in 2016.

Listing on HOSE in 2017 is an important step of CII E&C on capital raising from investors to widen and grow business on construction of roads and bridges, civil construction stronger in the future.
