Teambuilding 2016

From May 20^th to May 22^nd, 2016 , CII E&C took place team building in Mui Ne, Phan Thiet with participation of about 100 employees.
Divided into 5 teams with different names, everyone joined and chilled. Activities were carried out on the beach. Sporty games not only brought people together but were good for health as well.

There were exciting games on the beach in the afternoon, warm fire camping in the evening. One of the most challenging activities was swimming across Ke Ga Point in the second day. And the most interesting challenge might be persuading people buy goods given to each team by Organizer. And it was certainly unforgettable memory when teams fought hand-to-hand with bags of water colors.
Leaving behind all the concerns and working pressure every day, CII E&C  staff enjoyed comfortable moments together.

For CII E&C staff, the first teambuilding was unforgettable. It was not only a journey combined with sporty activities but also chance for people showing personal style and challenging their limits, happy together, knowing others well. The journey brought people closer, more united then made CII E&C stronger.
